Designing your new project is fun! But also very involved. Lots of decisions and answers needed for many different people. Information needed for tradesmen, correct layouts, correct colours, sufficient cupboard space planned into the drawings, appliances to source, works shedule to be created and many more crucial decisions and plans needed to ensure the project runs smooth and to budget and more importantly looks amazing!

Design Process Explained:
We receive your enquiry and reply to this asking for all the information to take the next steps. We attach with our reply a pdf document that will inform you of our prices to enable you to decide if our services are workable with your budgets.
We will invite you to the showroom to undertake a initial consultation. Here we will discuss your brief and discover at what point in your journey you are. (starting an extension – New Build – Replacement etc) We will ask you to bring with you or email in advance pictures of the room and any plans you may have. If you are able to conduct a simple measure of the walls in the room we are able to put this into our 3d modelling software.
We can offer a site/home visit instead of step 2 being undertaken at our showroom (Dependant on location and may incur a cost) We will come and survey the property, take your brief and discuss the project all in preparation for step 4.
We will undertake a set of drawings on our 3d modelling software with all the information we have obtained and produce photographic renders for you to visualise your new kitchen or furniture. This will be sent to you via email along with a full breakdown of costings.
If you want to continue design work without commitment to order we can undertake design changes and re render the plans as many times as you like however at a cost of £360.00 inc vat per set of drawings. This is fully refunded if you confirm a order with us and is deducted from your 10% confirmation deposit. However if you are happy to commit to order with us then you can pay a 10% deposit to confirm your wish for us to undertake the project. At the point we receive confirmation we can undertake as many designs and re works of the drawings until we get the design you like and we manufacture.
You have now paid your 10% deposit and are booked in for manufacture. We now piece by piece pick our way through every little detail with you that will personalise your project and make it truly bespoke and handcrafted for you. We will consult with trades, builders and architects to ensure you have as little stress as possible.
